Recent changes to the website reflect the evolving nature of my offerings. A little background:
In 2022, I have begun to travel to schools with not only Just Listening but also an immersive study of musical energy, playing musical excerpts and having participants estimate their musical energy and then discuss the results. Then, in May I attended the premiere of my piece, Groundhog Night, that uses the same kind of real-time polling to gauge its musical energy. The piece also uses audience members as co-composers to guide the music. All this comes from the same source as Just Listening, my years of teaching and meditating.
